I headed back down to Huntington Beach earlier this week for some fresh air. This time I stayed toward the shops and avoided the beach. Did you know there is a bar on the second floor of the shopping area that has a 'Taco Thursday?' Well they do and my roomy and I took advantage of that. I got full off of 4! My filling trick? Lots of cheese (and i mean A LOT) and a squeeze or two of lime.

Merry Christmas my lovely readers! I hope that your day is going great and I hope all of your holidays have been even better altogether. I just want to post a few snapshots of my day here at home with family. I didn't bring along my camera and to be honest I am loving my camera phone effects so much better. Since I am not in the holiday mood I am not looking forward to Christmas this year. But! looking through blogs have inspired me to come up with a look for Christmas dinner. My weekend was a so fun! My roommates and I held a Halloween party on Friday. Having our friends over was so much fun and a lot of them got to meet each other for the first time. I was a Playboy Bunny (something i always wanted to go as I am a big fan of "The Girls Next Door") and of course the hubby had to don a robe and be my Hugh Hefner for the night.We didn't take lots of photos but I believe some friends got some shots that I will ask for soon.


He did not wear the hat all night btw. I told him Hugh does not wear caps lol so he agreed to keep it off until later in the party.


 My roommates were the Queen of Hearts and a Gypsy.

There were other cute costumes as well and it made my night seeing the effort they put into their looks for the party. Hope your Halloween weekend was fun and full of laughs. What did you go as? Did you do anything special?

These photos are from yesterday afternoon when my roommate and I went to Hollywood for some down time from school. We went to the Fairfax High School Flea Market and end up walking down to the Grove... where I spotted Liz from Late Afternoon.  She is as gorgeous as she is on her blog. She was dressed just as great. I waited around to decide if I would say something but chickened out and it was too late because her long legs took her down the walkway by the time I decided to say hello.

I have officially finished my first week of classes (of my third year god im a junior now) and I have to say I am not sure how I feel. My teachers have gotten into the swing of things this week. And I thank the stars above that they are doing so because I am not a big fan of the "Hi my name is ___ and I chose my major because..." Yeah just not my thing. So the fact that I have homework is sad but relieving at the same time. But as this is the lasts week of summer I am trying to enjoy the little things before school starts to kick my ass and i start complaining about how I don't have time to post and have not worn anything but my university sweater and how have been trapped in the campus library lol. Here are some photos from my week.

Monday: Out to eat with the boy for a date night. Where he taught me about the rules of football while we watched a game on the television in the restaurant. As usual his burger had all the works and mine was as simple as it gets (cheese, lettuce and pickles).
