Heys guys! how has your week been so far... I mean its almost over so there should be a up side to it by now? Lately i've been looking at the brighter side of things. In one of my classes i've been having trouble with the teacher's bizare instructions. The communication (or lack there of) has been stressing me and bringing me down. It got to a point a few weeks ago that i had to wipe a few tears away (privately). Sitting in the class I really wanted nothing more but to storm out and forget about the classes for a few days.

Two things stopped me:

 1. being that it was a class setting and it would not look well on my part.

2. The class is for my major so sticking to it is a must.

I sure you know that when you are frustrated to the point of any amount of tears (even a few drops like me) there seems to be no upside. At that moment my first instinct was to text a friend and tell her what happenend and get moral support. Then i started to think about my mother and what she would have done if she were alive. Knowing my mother she would have thought fuck it and continued with the class. She would have answered every question and made sure it right just to show that she wasnt having any other troubles that phased her.

And thats exactly what i did! The teacher was impressed with all the questions i answered and i got a test scoreback that was one of the highest in the class. Which shows that you cant let a moment get in the way of your whole day. I tend to be one who sulks in a moment and let it ruin the majority of my day. This particular low point helped me realize that none of that is neccessary if you make the situation better. There no use of walking under a dark cloud!

Today was the longest day of my life! I had to take a nap just so some of it could go by (and i dont take naps). I started my day off in regular jeans and a t-shirt and was inspired to get dressed full forced. And this is what came from it...

Ok so a few of you have been asking about my nail color. Well its called "Beach Blue" and I am in love with it, but recently i found another wonderous color called "Time Sqaure." I bought it over the weekend and I love it! its so fun and girly.  So I thought i'd leave with some photos of my new color... and the "Beach Blue" until my outfit post (hopefully) later today.

So I have a great story for you guys... unfortunately I am too tired to tell it. Im so sorry to be lagging on a full post. My weekend has been the longest and very busy and now that the week has started Im catching up on reading. So this means no fun in the outside world and bearly time to sit a write a full blog. You should be happy to know I am getting fresh air. The weather is better so my suitmates and I are enjoying the outside by studying in the grass.

Todays title comes from a conversation Hubby and I had about food this morning lol. Well i guess its one of those "you had to be there" things. This post is going to be shorter than usual because I am offically starting off my busy weekend. Tonight calls for editing videos, tomorrow school work until hubby comes over and from there its my Valentines Weekend.

These pants I made myself the last week of winter break. Im not to sure if i told you about the sewing comma I went into. Im sorry I dont have pictures of them rolled down (they are long). I didnt like the way they looked that morning and ended up rolling them down later when it got colder (right after these photos). Funny thing is my friend said they were fine let down. But i still like them this way as well.

What are your V-Day Plans?

Hey guys, how were your weekends? Hopefully they were great. Mine was pretty up and down because of the rain that ruined my plans for the weekend. So after the plans failed all of my suitmates were gone leaving me in my dorm by myself. I swear i caught cab fever lol. By Sunday it got worse because felt like i couldnt function at all due to feeling kinda sick. I couldnt take it anymore so i ended up calling my hubby.  He came to pick me up on his way to his friends house. I was kind of hesitant when I found out we were going to his friends house (instead of his family's) because of two reasons:

1. I had never been over his friends house (they are always at his families house or he spends seperate days with me and them).

 2. I wasnt sure if I would have much to say or if they would like me.

When we got there I ackwardly and qiutely sat across from where everyone was talking. Everyone was talking about music and I didnt want to say the wrong things and make myself look even more ackward. After a while I started to think that they would feel like I was being stand offish. So I joined in and after a few ackward inputs I actaully felt apart of the converstation. Hours later I was starting the conversations!

I know another person's opinion of you shouldnt matter and it would have been fine for me to sit on the other side all night. Sometimes you have to bring yourself into someones else element (i.e. my boyfriends element with his friends). Your comfort zone is fine but what can you say you experienced if you dont jump out of that everyonce and a while? Usually i would have sat and not said much and waited until we were ready to go home. And Im glad i moved and joined in because I enjoyed my time there.

Ok I'm sorry this post is sooooo long lol. So today what I'm saying is that you dont have to be nervous around a new crowd of people. Especially when it comes to bf/gf's friends or your best friend's friends. You know because we are not apart of all groups in our loved ones lives, if you are your lucky lol. Do you guys get what I'm saying? Just put yourself out there when meeting new people and the outcome will likely be a wonderful one!
