ON or OFF

For some reason us Californians seem to make the same complaints about the weather at the exact same time. Summer it's scorching and Fall/Winter it's freezing. We can't imagine where it comes from! The tricky part about the colder months is that when it's cold (possibly raining) you can be sure that the next MINUTE you only need a light jacket because somehow the sun didn't get the memo and perk up around noon. So this post is an odd to the on and off situation I've got going on trying to keep up with the weather.
