Feeling a bit Tom Boy today. So I threw this on. I slicked back my hair and added the lip color for a feminine look. Since my outfits are strongly tied to my emotions this should say something. I'm feeling a bit isolated, hence the Kanye song reference. But don't worry I'll probably be a in a dress come tomorrow.

Being eclectic in the wardrobe department means a bipolar effect in clothing choices. It also means many past regretful looks. This one I like and I'm sure I'll stand by it some years from now. The tomboy side of my closet is always fun and makes me feel a bit edgier than I am.
I recently had someone try and convince me that fashion/clothing isn't important. I wanted to bust out the "Why Fashion is Important" speech via Anna Wintour. As much as it annoyed me, a hidden eye roll sufficed and I continued to scroll the Who What Wear home page. I learned from a series of juicy I told you so moments to just let it go (after venting to a friend or this case my blog) and it will work out. I'm an intelligent creature and just because I like to dress myself up and prefer Vogue over the LA Times doesn't take away from the former.
