A few weeks back I was contacted by a lovely company called Sugarlips. Sugarlips is a online clothing site that specializes in women's clothing. They are "A playful collection of womens fashion and style. " The company offered to send me an item of my choice for me to style my own way. And what girl wouldn't say yes to such a wonderful offer... especially when the clothes are so cute.

I just happened to go and check the mail today and look what I found!

Yesterday Alli and I took off to Happy Hour near the beach right after work. Which gave me a reason to put on proper clothing early in the morning even though the day started off very groggy. We had tacos and margaritas and good girly conversation. And of course lots of camera hogging lol. Thus results in this post. ENJOY!

Last night I attended the wrap party for Oxygen's upcoming show LA Style. The show stars celebrity stylist Taylor Jacobson and her life and styling's in LA. You can bet I made sure to snap some photos for you!

Got to meet the women of the hour Taylor Jacobson! How cute are those pants?

Updating social networks... I call it multitasking

Taylor was super sweet and even introduced herself, to which i replied "I know exactly who you are." She made the me really comfortable after coming up to her and we chatted for a bit. She introduced me to her lovely assistants and handsome father who were all just as nice. I cannot wait for the show and to see what adventures Miss Jacobson comes across with a promising career she seems to have in front of her.

The whole night was filled with music, food, drinks, and even massage therapists. So many well dressed people and even better personalities. I recommend checking out GypsyJunkies.com. i spotted a few dresses on the models that I would love to pick up myself.

Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupte In Red Taboo #18

This little beauty is the newest addition the my lipstick collection. Its also a birthday present from the BF. After waiting for an order of "Tender Peach" and a having that order canceled because of the wait we went out to retrieve it ourselves. When we got to Sephora the color I wanted wasn't in stock (the reason for the order). But I caved in after apply this beauty and left with my first YSL Lippy. What do you think?

Arm Candy!

Hello! As you can see I am trying something new with the size of my photos and I really hope you like. This post was planned for yesterday but the BF came over after work and kept me out of the house all day. But alas here it is and I as I said before I am embracing the bright colors spring/summer demands. And its pretty fun to take a break from my black wardrobe pieces.

This skirt is something bought a year or so ago and now I am falling in love love with it again. The color picks me right up and the length is super flirty. To balance the look from being so girly I un-tucked my shirt a bit. Its still my favorite style tweak.

Getting back to loving this blog again. School has kept me away and so has being lazy during the first few weeks of summer vacation. More to come because I am getting into the mood of looking at my closet and picking out outfit. We have all had these moments right?
