Hey guys! I am back from my mini spring break trip. My friends, the BF and I headed to Las Vegas for a few days and had so much fun. While I was there I ended up purchasing myself a little something special. Which I will keep a secret until the next post. I will however leave you with a teaser, because who doesn't love a good teaser?



I know I stated a few post back that Zara was not for me but this is definitely an exception and worth the money.

 Had a DIY weekend the other day and ended up making this gem today.

 As you can see from the exposure of these photos today was a sunny sunny day. After a week of windy weather this got me excited. I could barely believe I was able to walk around without a sweater.


I have not been obsessing over anything this week except my upcoming Spring Break trip. I should be packing right now but I yet to get out my duffle bag and commence with sorting, washing, and such. My roommates are so busy with classes that they have yet to do any packing either. We will see where the next few days takes us (hopefully into gear and on the road). I will be sure to post on Friday night/Sat morning and let you guys know more about the trip. For some reason I like the idea of keeping it a secret until I take off.  Enjoyed some Vegan Chili, Mango juice and a little Blog surfing.


 Got some snacks from Trader Joes: Cliff Bars and Coffee Bean ice cream. I got the BF to take a liking to the bars and the vegan chili I bought. ^_^ Which means he wont look at me so weird anymore whenever I talk about  health food shopping.

 Purchased this little gem of a hair tie in a polka dot pattern.

What have you been up to this week?

Hey guys! No outfit today but I thought I'd give you guys a tour of my room via details. We moved in to our apartment this past August and since then I have putting together my little sanctuary. I always wanted something similar to the rooms I always saw in the back of each issue of Teen Vogue when I was a younger. Now as an adult I am able to create a mature version of my dream room...

 I am very anal about my clothing so everything (tops, dresses, and shoes even my pants by shade put away in a drawer). It all started with my crayons in kindergarten having to be in order by the colors.

 My new DKNY rain boots... they are so fun stomp around in!

  I'm not done yet by this makes me happy to come home too every afternoon. This was sort of a sneak peek. I know I left out my vanity but that is still a even bigger work in process. What have you guys done to create your own safe haven?
